Invoice Central is 100% free for businesses to use. We make money from vendors who participate in Invoice Central by helping them reduce the cost of mailing paper bills and accepting physical checks.

Will I still receive paper bills in the mail?

No, in order to deliver this service for free, you agree that vendors can stop mailing you paper bills. This helps keep costs down by eliminating the most costly component of billing and collection – postage!

Do I have to Pay Online via Invoice Central?

No. Invoice Central provides a very convenient online payment capability but you are not required to use it. Our belief is once you try it, you’ll find that it is incredibly easy to use. You can schedule payments in the future, take advantage of early pay discounts, and you’ll never have to print out a paper check, mail an envelope, or pay for a stamp.

What if I need a printed copy of a bill?

Invoice Central provides you with exact copies of your bill in PDF format. If you need a copy, they are available 24 x 7 online and can be printed at any time.

What if I already receive bills electronically through another provider, can I still use the Invoice Central service?

Yes, you can use Invoice Central as well as your current provider's solution.

How long will my bills be available on Invoice Central?

We store three years worth of billing history in your account.

Is it safe to have all my account information stored on Invoice Central?

I don't see some of my vendors in Invoice Central. What’s the plan to add new vendors to the Invoice Central network?

If you try to add a vendor and don't see them in the Vendor Directory, you can fill out a very simple form and we will invite them to join. We will notify you when that vendor joins Invoice Central.

Can I contact Invoice Central if I am having problems with my account?

Of course! You can contact support by emailing us at . If you have questions about any of your vendor’s bills, you should reach out to your vendor directly. For your convenience, Invoice Central contains your vendor’s contact information for easy reference.
